He is currently also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Banco Itaú Europa Internacional.

More than 25 years of management experience in the financial sector, specifically in corporate treasury financing (​​Factoring and Supplier Payment Management), at different banks – Santander, Popular and Banif. In recent years, Eduardo Quintais has held positions in the Oitante Group, namely as General Secretary at Oitante, SA and Profile – SGOIC, SA and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Banif Imobiliária, SA. Additionally, he is also a member of the Board of Directors at Centronovofunchal, SA.
