Advisor to the Minister of State and Finance. He was Government representative at Banco BPI, Member of the Supervisory Board and of several Committees. Member of ESAME, responsible for the corporate area of Investor Relations. He worked at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse in the portfolio management of Iberian companies in the Risk Management and Capital Markets.
He is currently also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Banco Itaú Europa Internacional.
Francisco Maria Ramalho
Degree in Law and graduated in European Studies, Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa.
Manager, with more than 20 years’ experience in different companies and sectors, was Executive Manager in Finangeste, SA for more than 9 years and in the last two years Non-executive Director in TAP, SGPS, SA and in Vialitoral – Concessões Rodoviárias da Madeira, SA. He was a member of Supervisory Board of Associação Portuguesa de Business Angels and Vice-Chairman of the Board of the General Meeting of CTT. Prior to that, he was General Director of State Property (Ministry of Finance) and board member of Sagestamo, SGPS, S.A. and Fundação Ricardo Espirito Santo Silva. At the start of the 2000s, he was senior consultant in the consulting firm DiamondCluster International. From the beginning of the 1990s, he worked almost 3 years as Office Manager at the Australian Embassy in Portugal and until the end of the decade he worked in Parque Expo, SA, leading the Juridic Department, and took part in Telecabine de Lisboa management.
Rodrigo Castro e Nunes
Degree in Economics, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Graduated in Applied Corporate Finance, ISCTE and graduated in Finance, Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
Economist with more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. Was Advisor to the Minister of Finance. Prior to that, was Deputy Director in the Treasury and Financial Department and coordinator of fixed income and structured products areas in Novo Banco.
Additionally, was Executive Board Member of MTS Portugal.
